My name is Mary.  I’m 55 years old and was raised in Texas.  I can’t remember a time that I wasn’t obsessed about losing weight and how to do it.  Even at my thinnest, I was binging and then doing crazy diets to offset the madness.  I managed to stay under 170 lbs most of my adult life until I got married and had my sweet son, Zack.  After he was born, I never got the weight off and continued to gain. My highest weight was 220+ pounds.

After 3 years and 60+ pounds, I’m still going strong and very happy with my choices. There’s no other ‘diet’ out there that has brought me so much joy, fulfillment and success.

Wherever you are right now….whatever battle, ‘HAPPY UP’….that’s what my mom used to always say. Look at yourself in the mirror and say, “enough is enough….I deserve better and I CAN do this!” And then just do it…..no excuses. It’ll change your life. It changed mine. It’s that simple.
